I’m a beginner runner and I don’t know a ton about shoes, but I knew that I could use something better. Tim was so helpful to me, and gave great advice. He helped me realize that my normal shoe size wasn’t what I needed in a running shoe and made sure to ask about personal issues like injuries, etc. We tried several options, and right after asking how I was supposed to know which was the right choice when they all felt so much better than my previous pair, he put me in the next shoe and I immediately knew it was the one for me. He was very patient, helpful, and encouraging to my success in a new sport that I have found unexpected love in. Today I received a personal thank you card for shopping with them, and it honestly just made my day and solidified my decision to never buy running shoes from any other company. While my new pair currently have a long life left, I know exactly where I’m going the second I need more. That was a nice touch, friend! 😆 Thanks for a great experience! P.S.
